Nasze obowiązki

The hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his/her relationship with the adult with whom he/she is staying at the facility. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).

Therefore, we ask you to take with you on your trip documents confirming the identity of the adult who is your legal guardian and the minor traveling with you. We also ask that in the case of traveling with a Minor of whom you are not a parent or legal guardian, prepare parental consent to travel with the child.

Wymagane dokumenty

Aby dokonać prawidłowej weryfikacji poprosimy Państwa podczas zameldowania o okazanie dokumentu tożsamości dziecka, lub innego dokument potwierdzającego prawo do sprawowania opieki nad dzieckiem w danej chwili.

Przykładowe dokumenty weryfikujące tożsamość dziecka to dowód osobisty, legitymacja szkolna, aplikacja MObywatel, Internetowe konto pacjenta, orzeczenie sądu.

Jeśli Państwo nie jesteście rodzicem dziecka, konieczne jest okazanie dokumentu zgody notarialnej lub zgody od rodziców wraz ze wskazaniem danych dziecka, adresu jego zamieszkania, kontaktu telefonicznego do rodzica, numeru dokumentu tożsamości, oraz PESELu osoby podróżującej z dzieckiem.
