Rezerwacja może być bez kosztowo anulowana w terminie do 14 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie zgodnym z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 30.00% wartości rezerwacji. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty kredytowej lub dokonanie przedpłaty za 30.00% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku publikowania przez Hotel ofert promocyjnych (first minute, last minute, happy hour i innych) odnosić się one będą tylko do nowo utworzonych rezerwacji. Nie ma możliwości zastosowania rabatów dla osób, które anulują dotychczas dokonaną rezerwację i będą ponownie dokonywały rezerwacji na ten sam lub podobny termin w ofertach promocyjnych, bądź zastosowanie nowej oferty/promocji do istniejącej już rezerwacji.
